The heart of it all - Visual Storytelling

Blogging has never been my thing. In truth, I often struggle to articulate the essence of the images I capture. To me, each photo stands independently, stirring tales and curiosity while silently inviting the viewer to uncover its hidden narrative. They speak volumes through visuals alone, leaving the interpretation open to the viewer's imagination.

I enjoy taking pictures and visual storytelling, whether film or digital. It all points to one thing: a story within the captured image and the selected frames that form a cohesive series when put together. Whether these are snapshots of life or something else, they weave into a tapestry of emotions, memories, and dreams. That is what this blog is all about. Is blogging still relevant in 2024? It doesn't matter; my images need a home other than my hard drive.

Welcome to my visual journal, a space where I file my film scans, empty my memory cards, and share my travel stories and discoveries in photography. This site is not intended to resemble other blog sites that are updated daily. At best, I will post twice a week, once a month, or sometimes not at all; it all depends on other priorities I have on hand.
